This contemporary designed villa is located in the beautiful seaside town of Villefranche-sur-Mer between Nice and Monaco. This holiday villa is set on 3 levels and is situated in a quiet residential area located just above the town offering incredible views of the village and bay of Villefranche. This modern home has been fully refurbished to high standards and offers 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, an open-plan dining and living area, a TV lounge, and infinity pool. The villa gates open onto a large parking area for up to 4 cars with an incredible 180° panoramic sea view as the backdrop.
As you park your car you walk down several stairs to arrive to the outdoor dining area, just off the main floor with the kitchen and living area where there are large sliding glass doors that open onto spectacular uninterrupted views. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor. Two more bedrooms, including the master bedroom, are located at the pool level.
This luxury villa offers an open living plan featuring a spacious and bright living and dining area. There are expansive glass windows and sliding glass doors throughout to better showcase the stunning sea views. There are numerous outdoor dining and lounge areas for relaxation and entertainment. In addition to the outdoor dining area, there is a balcony off the main floor that looks out to the bay. There are 4 sun beds beside the pool and 3 additional sun beds below the pool area. Moreover, there is a large TV lounge on the bottom floor of the villa that offers a unique feature - a large glass window that looks directly into the pool.
The interior spaces are bright with natural light, spacious and decorated to a high standard. Designed for contemporary comfort with hotel features and amenities in mind. With the kitchen, dining, and living areas opening onto the gardens and various balconies and terraces, this luxurious getaway really allows guests to live both indoors and outdoors.
The large outdoor dining area off the kitchen is a wonderful area for al-fresco dining both night and day. In addition, all of the bedrooms have access to a terrace or balcony. Whether you would like to take a midnight swim in the infinity pool, have a glass of wine on one of the terraces overlooking the bay, or enjoy dinner cooked for you by a private chef, this villa is suited for all occasions.
