Stylishly decorated in a contemporary style, the villa provides an elegant retreat with refined amenities, a chic white and stone exterior, wood touches, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass windows that give the home a bright and airy ambiance.
The villa is set on three floors, connected by an elevator. The ground floor comprises a living area, an indoor summer kitchen with access to the terrace located at the pool level, a wellness area with a sauna, a hammam, and fitness equipment, and two comfortable en-suite bedrooms. The first floor offers a lounge area, an elegant dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and an en-suite bedroom. All rooms on this floor also have access to a terrace. The top floor hosts two incredible suites with private terraces.
The exteriors feature a spacious flat lawn surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean gardens, and a large, beautiful heated infinity pool. The exteriors feature several terraces fitted with lounge furniture and sun loungers, as well as an al fresco dining area, and panoramic views of the Lerins Islands and the sea.
