This is a brand new, modern villa located in one of the most beautiful areas of Cannes. It’s situated in a secured private area with gorgeous views of the Lerins Islands and the sea. This stunning villa offers enough space to accommodate up to 10 guests of all ages. It comes with five large bedrooms and five bathrooms. The villa offers various amenities for your vacation, including a large outdoor pool with a patio for lounging and getting sun. Guests will also have access to an on-call property manager for any questions or concerns.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a private terrace with a view, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Each of the other bedrooms also come with a king bed and have their own private bathrooms with showers. The villa is fully air-conditioned and comes with extra like televisions in each bedroom, a fully-equipped media room, and a fitness room to get in some exercise without leaving.
This villa has gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows that look out on the pool and landscaped grounds. The central patio is covered with furniture, including comfortable couches and chairs, two large umbrellas, and a table. It’s the ideal space for having a late meal, enjoying drinks with friends, or watching the sun rise and set during your vacation.
