This modern villa is located on the hillside of the beautiful town of Eze between Nice and Monaco. This holiday villa has been completely refurbished and offers new, modern appliances.
The home is set on 2 floors and offers 5 en suite bedrooms, a heated infinity pool, and 180° sea views. The villa is situated on a quiet residential street while still being just a short 10 minute walk to the beach and shops. This contemporary villa offers a relaxing and impressive setting with incredible unobstructed sea views.
This luxury villa offers an open living plan featuring a spacious living room, fully fitted kitchen and dining area. There are floor to ceiling windows looking out to the sea and surrounding hills. Moreover, there are large pocket sliding glass doors surrounding the terrace and pool area. The home was designed and furnished in a casual modern style in order to better showcase the breathtaking views.
The interior spaces are bright with natural light, spacious and are nicely decorated with quality, modern furniture. With the kitchen, living, and dining areas opening onto the terrace and pool area, this luxurious getaway really allows guests to live both indoors and outdoors.
The terrace is a wonderful area for lounging both night and day and all of the bedrooms benefit from a sea view.
