The house is composed of three floors connected by stairs. The lower level of the main villa offers access to a 3-car garage, a laundry room, a wine cellar with a cozy wine-tasting room, and a cinema room. The ground floor comprises a bright and spacious living area with a comfortable TV lounge, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and three en-suite bedrooms. All rooms on this floor have access to the main terrace. The first floor hosts two more en-suite bedrooms, one of which is the master suite with a comfortable lounge and large, private terrace.
The exteriors feature a lush garden, with a spacious flat lawn that surrounds a large wooden terrace with a beautiful heated pool and a hot tub. Guests can also enjoy the pool-side summer kitchen and outdoor bar, as well as several outdoor lounge areas, an al fresco dining area with a BBQ, and panoramic views of the Lerins Islands and the Mediterranean Sea.
