The home is set on two floors. The lower floor offers three comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and access to a terrace; one of the bedrooms has independent access and is complete with a kitchenette, ideal for staff. The top floor comprises a bright and spacious living area with a billiard table, a dining area with a fireplace, an open-plan modern kitchen, an en-suite master bedroom, and two additional en-suite bedrooms. Large sliding glass doors connect the living areas with the pool terrace.
The exteriors feature a spacious outdoor area with a lush, flat lawn and a beautiful heated swimming pool surrounded by a stone terrace fitted with comfortable sunbeds and a cozy outdoor lounge. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor dining area complete with a BBQ and a plancha, as well as panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
