The villa features 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, the Master bedroom on the 3rd floor, and another bedroom with a hammam on the 4th floor. The 5th bedroom on the ground floor does not have a window and will be suitable for children or staff members. This luxury holiday villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
The villa offers room to park up to 10 cars comfortably. The tall perimeter walls and gate give you all the privacy you need. This elegant contemporary villa offers breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the hills and the Mediterranean sea from every room on every floor, except the ground floor.

A sitting area with a study is situated on the 3rd floor, while the home cinema is located on the 1st floor. There are numerous outdoor dining and lounge areas for relaxation and entertainment, including the rooftop terrace with an infinity pool and pergola, beside the second pool and hot tub in the garden. Additionally, there is an outdoor gym.
