This is an exceptional luxury villa in an exclusive domaine of just four large properties, located on the heights on the Route de Tahiti, and thus enjoying views of the bays of Pampelonne and Canoubiers and the sea at les Salins. It is just a short drive to the centre of St Tropez.
The villa is surrounded by a beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden of 1.4 hectares which includes an overflow swimming pool, a pool house with a bar area that is equipped with a dishwasher, 2 fridges, an ice maker, 2 sofas and 6 bar stools. There are outdoor parking spaces for 12 cars, whilst the garage can accommodate 3 cars plus scooters. On the terraces close to the villa, there is a summer lounge with 4 sofas and two dining areas, one for up to 12 people, the other, with sea views, for 16.
The interiors are spacious and beautifully decorated and furnished in a classical modern understated style with flashes of vivid blue. The finish throughout is to the highest possible standard. The rooms on the ground floor include. A living room of 80m2 which features three 4-seater sofas, coffee tables and a 75-inch TV. A dining room of 30m2 that can seat up to 16. A fully equipped kitchen of 30m2 with dishwasher, 2 fridges, a cold room, ice maker, cave a vins, a cooking hob and microwave. Finally, this floor features the Master bedroom with sea views and an en-suite bathroom.
